Ryan J. Cattley

Ryan Cattley , CPHD, joined JB&B in 2017 and currently serves as a Senior Project Engineer. Ryan has designed mechanical systems for a wide variety of projects, including multi-family residential, new development and high-rise, gyms, recording studios, restaurants, retail, tenant fit-out and institutional.  He has a strong involvement in Passive House design, and has designed the mechanical systems for several high- and low-rise multi-family Passive House projects in New York City, such as 211 West 29th Street and 511 East 86th Street.  Ryan is a Certified Passive House Designer and currently serves on the New York Passive House board of directors.
