Anthony Montalto serves as an Associate Partner at JB&B. Since joining the firm in 2002, he has been involved as a Project Manager on numerous laboratory, critical facility (data center) and commercial office projects. Some of his notable projects in New York City include work on several NYU Langone Health projects, including the Science Building, and he has served as the Project Manager for the New York Stem Cell Foundation and Weill Cornell Medicine’s Belfer Research Building, as well as numerous other projects with Memorial Sloan Kettering, Columbia University Medical College, SUNY academic campuses at Cobleskill and Downstate, and CUNY’s Fiterman Hall. Mr. Montalto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering at Villanova University. He currently serves as president on the ASHRAE NY Board of Governors and is board secretary of Habitat for Humanity New York City.
